We ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Pansy Nails Spa. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 72 hours after your service has been performed to corrective service.
We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. In order to respect the time of both our customers and our staff, We kindly ask that you notify us of cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
If an appointment is rescheduled 3 individual times within 48 hours you will be placed on a walk-in basis only.
All services are non-refundable but we will reschedule to corrective service free of charge if: the service MUST BE mistake from the service provider.
If you are more than 10 – 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your appointment.
If late arrival is inevitable, your services may be shortened when possible in order to keep on schedule with a full charge.
We are not grumpy old men who hate technology, but please keep your phone in silent, use headphone and don’t turn the speaker on.
Young children in carriers or strollers may not be placed near the service areas or held in the lap.
We kindly request Only the client who receiving services be present in the service areas. All children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all time
We will refuse the service if the child not sit still.
No pets are allowed in the salon
